Job Description

As part of its development, Ubisoft Bordeaux is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Within the Talent Acquisition team and under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition manager, you will intervene at each stage of the recruitment process for the Junior profiles and interns of the studio. You will also have the opportunity to participate in to the campus managment. Your missions will be as follows:

Recruitment
• Discuss with managers during briefs in order to understand the need,
• Write, update and broadcast ads on the appropriate platforms,
• Develop a recruitment strategy and organize the selection process,
• Carry out the prequalification of applications and telephone interviews,
• Manage the passing of technical tests,
• Organize candidate / manager interviews,
• Provide full feedback to all candidates to ensure the best candidate experience,
• Follow up on unsolicited applications,
• Monitor and update recruitment KPIs to enable us to manage our activity.

Campus Management and Employer Brand
• Prepare our interventions in schools,
• Develop our relationships with the corporate relations managers of our target schools,
• Participate in various events and meet ups to represent Ubisoft Bordeaux and meet potential candidates.
