We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Support Specialist for a full-time position in our corporate office in North Ryde, NSW and supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Team here at Aristocrat. The successful candidate will be a support partner to the TA team, learning everything he/she/they can about our business, and succeeding by helping others while managing the day-to-day compliance and administrative functions of TA in a global environment as we all strive to design, develop, and build some of your very favorite digital games found in casinos throughout the world.What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day compliance and administrative support to the Design and Development and Corporate Group TA team by managing the end of the hiring lifecycle from offer through onboarding, providing sourcing support, participating in or leading process improvement projects, and supporting other administrative, compliance, event tasks as needed
- Participate in the process improvement lifecycle and Create / Modify / Review guides, one-sheets, training materials, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Acts as a team subject matter expert in one or more tools, processes or programs; Partners with all TA team members as a Workday SME, helping to improve the workflow, define enhancements and provide guidance and best practices.
- Assists in ad-hoc special projects and supports the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and the Program Manager, Talent Programs as needed
- Other support duties as may be needed or assigned
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Support Center, Administrative Support, Executive Administration, or Office Management OR a high energy recent college grad with a strong desire to learn
- Demonstrable expertise in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and ZOOM video conferencing and at least one technology including Workday, Phenom, Concur, Serva, etc.
- Self-motivated team player, with exemplary organizational skills and a superior attention to detail, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear, concise, “Executive Ready” written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
