Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathering and Funneling
- You collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs and sourcing strategies. In other words, you're the dedicated talent partner they have been waiting for!
- Work with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Utilize multiple social and digital sources/pools/streams to fill the applicant funnel, including referrals from current employees to attract the best-fit candidates.
Screening and Hiring
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications according to department, industry, and company culture requirements.
- Conduct interviews by assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experiences, and aptitudes.
- You handle your job requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System
- You pursue local and digital employer branding activities, including job fairs and campus events.
Stakeholder Management
- You take care of your talent pools and enjoy candidate communication.
- You ensure a positive and sustainable candidate experience.
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
- You manage your hiring manager's expectations and support them in their staffing process.
- You proactively coordinate with various departments such as IT, HR, and the respective hiring departments to ensure goals and requirements are met
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology business or any related field
- Experience in managing expectations of large groups of hiring managers.
- Experienced in Human Resource as Recruiter for 2-5 years
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Self-directed, motivated, and positive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Pluses:
- Experienced in recruiting for the games industry
- You have a basic understanding of the game creation pipeline, tools used, and the latest industry hiring trend
