Talent Acquisition Specialist

Do you love networking and owning a full-cycle recruitment process? Then this might just be the job for you! Starbreeze is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Stockholm.

You are a passionate recruiter with strong sourcing and account management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across a variety of disciplines with a strong concentration in video games. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates and managing job openings across multiple disciplines including production, art, engineering and design. You will source and execute searches for all Starbreeze locations globally. The position is based in Stockholm.

Responsibilities & work tasks:

• Execute on full scope recruitment, which includes identifying and presenting top qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience from a process and communication perspective.
• Utilize a variety of methods and techniques to attract the best new stars (e.g. direct sourcing, industry networking, resume database, employee referrals and appropriate trade and industry organizations).
• Proactively builds and develops external relationships with talent at all levels within industry, introducing top tier and diverse talent into the company regardless of need.
• Develops proactive recruitment strategies in close collaboration with key stakeholders

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Driven, results-oriented, self-motivated personality
• Demonstrated ability to execute full cycle level searches.
• Able to target and source potential candidates especially for highly specialized skill sets.
• Stays on top of market trends and tracks the competition.
