Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will focus on hiring our top technical, creative, and product talent, serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, and have significant influence over the delivery of recruiting services to our business.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand positions and recruiting needs
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
- Keeping up to date with new technological trends and products
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing a full-cycle recruitment process
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Hiring Managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
- Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Understanding the real interests of candidates and building long-term relationships with them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- High energy, positive
- Highly collaborative and results-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable
- Upper-intermediate English
Will be a plus:
- Experience of closing positions such as Senior Java, C#, JS Developers, QA Automation Engineers, Technical Product Owners, DevOps/Ops Engineers, C-level positions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (we work with Comeet)
