Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Recruiting for Lead/Manager roles – searching for suitable candidates externally
• Recruiting a specialist for roles where there is a need
• Searching & sourcing – i.e. Boolean, X-Ray, using Social Media to find potential candidates.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process. Propose updates, upgrades, new tools etc.
• Creating target lists – companies, candidates
• Utilize creative recruiting resources and techniques to identify and engage top talent including social media tools, referral programs, user groups, internal and external talent databases
• Cooperation with the Manager in creating external communication to the Candidates
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
• Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advise, coach

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment (not less than 2 years); dealing with direct search processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and both written and verbal communication skills
• Working in deadline driven environment
• Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
• Being a Gamer is an asset
• Great English skills (written and spoken); minimum B2 level
• Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
