The Role
Gameopedia is looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our next growth phase. Key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, creating, and posting jobs on various portals, screening CVs, interview management, employee onboarding, etc.
- Record and track all recruiting activities and present reports to the relevant stakeholders when required.
- Identify critical talent needs, high priority positions and deliver results using various recruiting tools and avenues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Work with key stakeholders and business leaders to create effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing and hosting networking opportunities such as job fairs, tech talks, community building, etc.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify future staffing needs.
- Conduct comprehensive analytics and detailed analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in the talent acquisition function.
- Mentor junior team members and act as a buddy for new joiners on the team.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in IT recruitment in a corporate or agency.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Proficient with HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and resume databases.
- Must be able to meet multiple individuals and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of current Talent Acquisition trends and best practices.
- Must be proactive with the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
