Talent Acquisition Sourcer (M/F)

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible to identify and provide leads and new channels to find A players!

I n collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, you will set up a sourcing strategy, benchmark and find innovative and creative solutions to stand out from the competitors.

Challenges

• Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing etc
• Present to the TA team a benchmark of competitive sourcing practices
• Build talent pools for future hiring
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS: Lever
• Scale sourcing methodologies and tools to meet the growing appetite for passive candidate attraction techniques within the business
• Benchmark jobboards

Must Have

• Passionate about recruitment Passionate about gaming, is a plus!
• Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or within a recruitment agency
• Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques
• Proficient in relevant office software and database systems
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, we work entirely in English in the TA team
