The teams at Demiurge build fun, accessible games like our hit, Marvel Puzzle Quest. We also provide co-development services to larger, best-in-industry game companies. In that capacity, Demiurge has contributed to titles such as Bioshock, Rock Band, and Mass Effect.

About the Position:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from opening the requisition to closing.
• Actively recruit on behalf of Demiurge, interview candidates, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Source candidates from direct targeting, social networking and employee referrals.
• Develop a positive experience for applicants by guiding them through the interview process and providing timely feedback.
• Monitor upcoming business opportunities and collaborate with development managers to understand potential staffing needs.
• Review job descriptions, post new positions to the applicant tracking system, and lift visibility on social media platforms.
• Track the hiring pipeline and report on recruiting metrics.

Requirements:

• 4+ year’s experience in Talent Acquisition
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Sourcing proficiency on various search platforms
• Prior experience recruiting for a game or a mobile application developers

Preference for Applicants With:

• Game industry experience
• Prior experience with Lever (ATS)
