About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Team at Tripledot Studios sits at the heart of our business, attracting and nurturing our candidates, collaborating and partnering with departments and adding true value through every interaction we make.
In this newly created role within the Tripledot Talent Acquisition Team, you will be a collaborative partner with our hiring teams throughout the business, supporting us with delivering the best Tripledotters into the business. You will also add significant value to our candidates and Tripledot by supporting and leading talent initiatives such as employer branding, diversity, equity and inclusion, early career pathways and our data and analytics.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of potential talent for a group of departments. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, therefore you will need to rapidly identify, attract and screen potential candidates for a wide variety of vacancies, as well as interview and manage the offer-to-hire process at all levels of seniority. The candidate experience we offer at Tripledot is hugely important and so a positive, helpful and can-do attitude, as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must.
You will be a true brand ambassador for Tripledot and deliver a personalised and collaborative experience to every person you interact with.
A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner - What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with Department Heads, and Hiring Managers to deliver a collaborative talent experience, advising on best practices and strategies to ensure we are a proactive function
- Developing and providing an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring that the business is in a strong position to hire and onboard high-value talent
- Owning full-cycle recruitment for a number of departments across our growing business, specifically within our technology teams
- Developing and implementing processes that connect our candidates, hiring managers and HR teams to ensure we can hire the best talent in a quick, collaborative and engaging manner
- Engaging with the best talent directly, through innovative and creative methods, leveraging our EVP and employer brand supporting a reduction in agency spend
- Building industry-leading insight on our competitors and ensuring that Tripledot is able to map out where external talent is and what is valuable to that talent
- In partnership with the Talent Sourcing Partners create, manage and develop global industry talent maps across all hard-to-find/fill technical disciplines
- Identifying networking opportunities including but not exhaustive: internal/external events, online events industry, Q&A webinars, technical events such as Hackathons
- Leading on Talent projects that add true value to the business such as the Tripledot employer brand strategy, Tripledot early careers schemes, systems, tools and technology transformations and our data and analytics offering
Requirements
- You will have experience working within an in-house talent acquisition team, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment. Bonus points if you have worked in a progressive technology or creative business
- You will understand full cycle recruitment from attraction through to onboarding
- You will have demonstrable experience in hiring junior to senior-level talent in a fast-paced, scaling business
- You will have experience in working with applicant tracking systems, and technology integrations that support a seamless hiring process
- You will have a data-driven approach to talent acquisition and be passionate about telling stories with data
- Experience in sourcing, managing and hiring into highly technical disciplines such as Unity, Python, Ruby, QA and Data Engineering
- The ability to handle multiple live roles at one time and provide the best candidate and hiring-management experience
- You will be passionate about creating an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience
