Talent Acquisition Partner [Studio]

What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Massive you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment of specialist roles within our game production teams and technology platforms. You’ll partner and coach a variety of hiring managers on recruitment best practices, aligning your efforts to sign some of the best candidates from around the world.

• Owning the full-cycle recruitment process (from sourcing, screening, and competency-based interviews, to contract negotiations and relocation advice);
• Partnering with the business and your hiring managers with strategic planning in mind;
• Coaching your hiring managers on recruitment best practices and processes;
• Collaborating in various HR/Recruitment projects throughout the year;
• Collaborating with partner schools and Universities to ensure the best students choose Massive for their internships;
• Representing Massive at industry events around Europe (e.g. Gamescom, Trojan Unicorn).

What you’ll bring

You are curious, trusted, and a great listener – which helps you understand what your hiring managers need, what your candidates are looking for, and that they also believe in what you have to share about Massive. As well as these core traits, to succeed in agile game development, you should also be flexible, proactive, and with a closing mindset. You’re excited about recruitment and keep yourself up to date with the latest practices.

Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:

• Professional experience with full-cycle recruitment for specialist roles;
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and teams: you know how to advise them when needed;
• Proven experience negotiating with candidates and advising them on international relocation;
• Knowledge of how to source talent from various social and tech platforms;
• A degree in Human Resources, a similar field, or the equivalent work experience;
• Experience &/OR interest in the Gaming Industry.
