WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple departments: engineering, design, art, operations. You will consult them on how to build effective teams, set up hiring processes and assessments.
- You will manage the whole recruiting funnel from sourcing, application review, interviewing to extending offers.
- You will deliver excellent candidate experience.
- You will be responsible for attracting the best talent through variety of channels. Including but not limited to referrals, advertising, sourcing and networking.
- You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
- You set up interview processes and optimized them in order to get best hires and candidate experience.
- You have recruited for engineering or design roles, and you are willing to learn different areas.
- You are a skilled interviewer and have ability to influence others through effective communication.
- You have strong time management skills and prioritize your tasks.
- You built strong pipelines across multiple roles through active sourcing.
