As a Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) at Klang, you will join our People and Talent team and will be responsible for our recruiting operations. You will join in an exciting phase and support our growth over the coming years by being part of an efficient in-house recruiting function. We are looking for a highly empathetic and proactive person with a people-centric mindset.What you will do:
- You will own the entire recruiting process - from creating the job ad, sourcing, screening, interviewing to negotiating and closing the offer.
- You will support our growth over the coming years by being part of an efficient in-house recruiting function.
- You will work collaboratively with the wider People team to integrate our cultural values into this process and with Finance to make sure that our hiring plan is always up to date and integrates with our forecasts.
- You will proactively stay on top of the interview process to ensure the best candidate experience.
- You will build strong pipelines across multiple roles through active sourcing.
- You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple departments. You will support and consult them on how to build effective teams, share best practices and build a trusting, transparent and open relationship with all internal stakeholders.
- You’re able to balance the needs of the hiring managers in a solution-oriented way whilst remaining realistic and practical of any limitations.
- You will constantly improve our applicant management system (Personio) and the way it integrates with our other systems and processes to make sure that the entire employee life-cycle is one seamless flow.
Requirements
Who you are:
- You have 3 years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.
- You have successfully filled a wide range of engineering, design and business positions.
- You know how to manage relationships effectively with external stakeholders (such as specialized agencies) and negotiate contracts independently.
- Ideally you have experience with international scaling and hiring across borders / in remote setups.
- You are great at structuring, prioritizing, and managing multiple challenges simultaneously and autonomously while keeping your colleagues and stakeholders in the loop.
- You are a positive and empathic person with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You are fluent in English, German language is a plus, but not a must.
