We are looking for an impact-driven (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x) to join our diverse and international team. Your role will be finding, attracting and hiring the right people for our attractive positions as well as collaborating closely with the hiring managers, peers and the rest of our small HR team. - You manage the talent acquisition process, from selecting channels, active sourcing, screening applications, organizing and participating in interviews and the whole candidate management
- You collaborate with our hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies, create attractive job postings and and support us in actively approaching candidates
- You connect with talents via active sourcing on LinkedIn, XING and/or other business networks
- You provide a first-class experience for candidates and hiring mangers by ensuring smooth processes with a personal touch and professional communication
- You coach, support and hold your hiring managers accountable for standardised recruitment process as well as outstanding candidate experience
- You act as direct point of contact for our open roles and new candidates
- Your mission does not end with hiring – other exciting projects, including employer branding, are waiting for you!
Your profile
- You bring recruiting experience in a comparable role, preferably in an agency, start-up company and/or the gaming industry
- You have solid competencies with sourcing talents via various platforms (LinkedIn, XING)
- As a communication talent, you will win new talents, constantly expand our network and act as brand ambassador in the gaming scene
- You have an optimistic and friendly personality, and are able to communicate confidently with lots of diverse conversation partners
- You are able to work independently in a systematic and structured way
- You can manage your time effectively and are solution and target oriented
- You are ideally a gamer and have the ambition to get involved with the industry
- You enjoy working in an international atmosphere and can easily express yourself in English and German
Residency in the greater Hamburg area is not necessary but would be desirable for also conducting onsite meetings in our office.What we offer
