Job description

Within the HR department in a context of strong recruitment levels, you will be responsible for all the company’s recruitment:

- Participate with senior management in defining a consistent recruitment policy to meet the needs of the business;

- Define the job vacancy by analyzing needs, preparing job offers (liaison with operational staff) and drafting and implementing the recruitment plan;

- Define the strategy for seeking applications (press, job websites, educational establishments, social networks etc.);

- Represent the company at all events associated with recruitment: participation in jobs fairs, schools forums etc.;

- Participate in the recruitment communication plan;

- Manage all job applications sent to the company;

- Provide regular activity reports.

Required skills

- Building on initial successful experience in a similar role, you are a well-organized self-starter with real interpersonal skills.

- You have ideally already progressed in the video games industry or associated industries, or have a special appetite for this environment that provides great scope for contact with talented and creative people.

- You are meticulous in your approach with impeccable discretion and demonstrable flexibility in the performance of your role.

- Methodical and responsive.

- Written and spoken English.
