Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to design, plan and execute the staffing strategy for Mojang including attract, source, recruit and onboard talents. The role includes responsibility for Vendor Management and to build a strong employer brand and ensure an inclusive Talent Acquisition function. The Talent Acquisition Manager support Mojang Studio Management team in Workforce planning to determine staffing needs and forecasts for vendors and FTE’s.
In cooperation with Brand and global studio stakeholders the Talent Acquisition Manager creates and deploys engaging, on-trend marketing, sourcing and networking strategies to actively promote our employment brand, advertise our opportunities and attract both active and passive candidates. The role includes proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the Talent Acquisition function including, but not limited to, identifying and implementing process efficiencies as well as building and maintaining data-driven reporting/metrics to measure results.

This role reports directly to the HR Director at Mojang.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to workforce planning efforts by partnering with leaders to determine staffing needs and forecasts for Vendors and FTE’s
- Responsible for end to end recruitment (design, plan and execute) from sourcing strategy to recruitment process and onboarding program
- Manager for Talent Acquisition Partners
- Overall responsible for Employer Branding strategy and activities
- Responsible for partnerships and vendors
- Responsible for driving projects such as continuous recruitment training, internal mobility process and internship programs
- Decide on and provide internal stakeholders with metrics and updates for Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for overall candidate experience
- Use insights from CX, EX and surveys from stakeholders for continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process
- Provide decision support through HR Metrics
- Identify dependencies and bottlenecks and escalate these to MT
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager including vendor startegy
- Workforce planning
- Experience from consultancy, vendor management and contingent workforce
- Experience from gaming
- Operational experience end to end recruiting including attract and source hard to fill roles
- Experience from driving successful Employer Branding projects
- Proficiency in Social Media channels and job boards
- Proven ability to navigate and prioritize tasks in a complex environment
- Great collaborator and excellent communicator
