Talent Acquisition Lead - Europe

The Talent Acquisition Lead – Europe supports the Regional HR Director Europe and the Regional HR Director UK&Ireland in the Global and Regional selections of Functional roles and support the local (country-based) selections if needed. The role helps in the definition of a Talen Acquisition Strategy in Europe, based on metrics and analytics.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
Partnering with the Regional HR Director Europe, the HR Director UK&Ireland, the European HR Management Team and the local management, the role:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for the key Global and Regional selections opened in Europe for Functional Roles
- Organize the onboarding of new employees that has hired
- Define and keep track of recruiting metrics to be applied in Europe (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Support in the definition of a Talent Acquisition Strategy for Functional roles
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Manage the recruitment software (Workable) and suggest the best option for company needs
- Research and choose job advertising options available in Europe
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR managers, professionals, colleagues and other partners
Requirements
- Proven work experience (min 5 years) as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator in more than two countries in Europe
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field required.
- Proven experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Excellent knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Excellent knowledge of the main recruitment KPIs
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (Linkedin, Indeed, etc.)
- Knowledge of labor legislation (type of employment contracts, local regulation, etc.) at least in three European countries
- Excellent written and spoken English knowledge (C1-C2 European Level)
