Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Specialist

Job Description

As our Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Specialist you’ll be skilled at discovering and attracting hidden talents to join our team of passionate players. You’ll bring a strategic approach to all of our recruitment across a range of jobs, skills and multilingual requirements. You’ll be passionate about delivering an amazing full cycle recruitment process combined with an excellent candidate experience. You’ll also want to be part of an energetic HR team and work together on workforce planning, employer branding and early career initiatives to ensure that we continue to attract and retain key talents for our teams.

A Day in The Life:

• Exceptional candidate management from sourcing to onboarding;
• Partnering with Managers to understand their needs and collaborate throughout the hiring phase;
• Create engaging job descriptions and adverts;
• Source great talents using the most appropriate channels (recruitment sites, social media, direct approaches, referral scheme etc.);
• Manage the screening & selection processes, including the collation and delivery of constructive and timely candidate feedback;
• Network as a Ubisoft ambassador to ensure we have a broad pipeline of talent, including attending jobs fairs and generating relationships with local colleges and universities.
• Continuously iterate our recruitment approach by providing feedback to hiring managers and driving innovation with the HR team to deliver the right talent at the right time for our business;
• Collaborate with the HR team and Senior Management to ensure successful workforce planning;
• Collaborate with a global team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across the Ubisoft group, and champion internal mobility opportunities;
• Innovate and deliver broader employer branding activities in conjunction with the HR team;
• Analyse data to interpret and report on application trends, talent market availability and/or skills shortages which could impact our teams.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to nail it:

Professional attributes:

• Relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment processes;
• Strong stakeholder management, sourcing and networking skills;
• Experience of multilingual and international recruitment;
• Experience of work permit and visa processes for non-UK nationals;
• Advanced knowledge of the English language, Microsoft Office and social media platforms, including LinkedIn Premium;
• A willingness to immerse yourself into the world of gaming to ensure you can connect effectively with potential talents;
• Tech industry experience preferred;
• Familiarity with our chosen platforms (SmartRecruiters, EASYRECRUE) would be a bonus;
• Additional languages such as French or German would be highly desirable but not essential.
