Talent Acquisition (HR)- Internship Fall 2022 | Acquisition de Talents (RH) - Stage Automne 2022

The Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an intern to help out the team with the internship program at Behaviour, which plays a key part in our growth stategy. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work hand in hand with discipline leaders in order to shape the future of Behaviour. Are you in?

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the coordination of full recruitment cycle for internships in all disciplines via Lever with coordination support;
• Participate in meetings with the head of each discipline and the hiring teams to determine the best way to attract talents;
• Have the opportunity to participate in interviews;
• Participating in campus events.

What we're looking for:

• Eager to learn more about the recruitment process and the industry;
• Ability to build a strong partnership with the business;
• Ability to communicate in French and English, both spoken and written.

Dans ce rôle, vous ferez:

• Participer au cycle complet du recrutement des stagiaires via Lever en offrant du support de coordination;
• Travailler main dans la main avec les chefs d’expertise et les équipes d’embauches;
• Participer à différents évènements en lien avec le recrutement campus;
• Participer aux entrevues.

Ce que nous recherchons:

• Désire d'apprendre plus sur le processus de recrutement et l'industrie
• Aptitude orchestrer un processus de recrutement à haut débit et à prioriser;
• Aisance à la communication en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

L’équipe d'acquisition de talent est à la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire pour aider l'équipe avec le programme Campus de Behaviour. Dans ce rôle stratégique pour la croissance de Behaviour, tu auras l'occasion de travailler main dans la main tous les chef ·fe de disciplines dans le but de dénicher la relève de demain. Es-tu game ?
