Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary/PT)

Support the Talent Acquisition team of an international game studio

Guerrilla is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony PlayStation Studios. We brought the critically acclaimed Killzone and Horizon franchises to life, and are eagerly looking forward to the release of our next game, Horizon Forbidden West. Guerrilla’s HR & TA team is a diverse and multifaceted team, providing comprehensive business partnership to our devs. Collectively, we deliver a full suite of Talent services to one of the most exciting game studios in the world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a TA Coordinator at Guerrilla you can expect to:

• Plan and schedule interviews (both virtual and onsite)
• Make travel arrangements for candidates visiting from abroad
• Ensure candidate documents and NDA’s are in place
• Maintain and triage the Recruitment email inbox daily
• Process open applications
• Prepare requisitions in our ATS (Greenhouse) for approval
• Provide support to hiring managers and interviewers

WHO YOU ARE

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have excellent planning and coordination skills
• You have at least 1 year of relevant experience (ideally in an international environment)
• You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• You are at your best when you’re working in a creative environment
• You have a background that adds to the diversity of Guerrilla’s team
• You live within commutable distance from Guerrilla’s studio and have a valid Dutch residence permit.

Please note

This is a temporary, part time position (3 days per week), based in our studio in Amsterdam
