Talent Acquisition Coordinator | Coordonnateur.trice en acquisition de talents

We are looking for the right person to join our hiring team as Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and support them in a variety of ways. You will own all the administration needed to bring candidates to Behaviour for interviews and track their progress through the hiring process. You will have to maintain, organize and juggle both priorities and timeline.

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is fairly and accurately tracked;
• Prepare and send candidates offer letters;
• Interact with candidates on pre-employment matters and assist with onboarding activities for new hires;
• Perform HR Admin tasks and gather data through our HR and Talent Acquisition systems;
• Have frequent collaboration with the broad HR team, hiring managers and candidates to improve processes and implement best practices in support of our candidate and employee experience;
• Be responsible for interview scheduling and coordination for interviews;
• Support the team with Purchase Order coordination and budget reconciliation;
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in ad hoc tasks and projects;
• Support the Mobility team in their administration work.

• Maintenir notre système informatique Applicant Tracking System (ATS) afin d’assurer la mise à jour des dossiers des candidats et un suivi adéquat du processus de recrutement;
• Préparer les lettres d’offre des candidats;
• Répondre aux questions pré-embauche des candidats et participer à l’accueil des nouvelles recrues;
• Procéder à la collecte d’information à travers nos différents systèmes informatiques RH et Recrutement;
• Collaborer fréquemment avec l’ensemble de l’équipe RH, les gestionnaires recruteurs, et les candidats afin d’améliorer les processus, respecter les meilleures pratiques, et offrir une expérience positive à toutes les parties prenantes;
• Planifier et coordonner les entrevues;
• Effectuer d’autres tâches administratives telles la coordination des bons de commande et la gestion du budget;
• Soutenir l’équipe Acquisition de talents avec la gestion de tâches et projets ponctuels;
• Soutenir l’équipe de Mobilité dans leurs tâches administrative.
