Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a Full Time HYBRID role located in Las Vegas, NV supporting the full life cycle of recruiting for our various IT and Engineering teams located in Las Vegas, NV; Austin, TX; and Franklin, TN. The successful candidate will own the talent acquisition process from beginning to end, culminating in the hire of creative, imaginative, and innovative associates who design, develop and engineer some of your very favorite digital games found in casinos, on the web, and on mobile devices throughout the world. He/she/they will drive the process, remediate inefficiency, accelerate success, and treat every facet of the hiring manager’s business as if it were their own as they provide the highest quality talent acquisition service to our internal customers. This is not a fully remote opportunity; candidate must be able to work onsite in Las Vegas 2 to 3 days weekly.What You'll Do
- Partner and align with hiring leaders at all levels throughout the organization to position the individual and the TA organization and act as consultative, trusted advisors in all things talent acquisition
- Own and accelerate the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle of sourcing, attraction, engagement, screening, and hiring for the assigned customer groups and drive the achievement of their hiring goals while focused on quality and speed
- Educate and influence internal customers (hiring managers), peers, partners, and stakeholders on the recruiting process and best practices, setting and managing customer expectations and, when necessary, working with partners within the organization to identify, design and implement process and systems improvements
- Positively contribute to the recruitment brand of Aristocrat Technologies through not only providing the highest quality candidate experience but also developing opportunities for candidate reach and engagement through social media, diversity groups, networking organizations, and the like
- Master market data, trends, and business initiatives to guide your customers and the business to opportunities that could drive business growth
- Raise your hand to take part in or lead special projects and talent acquisition initiatives that help us all to recruit better, faster, and smarter
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting and/or “full-desk” recruiting agency experience in an engineering, major gaming, media, and entertainment or content studio with specific expertise in identifying candidates who emulate Aristocrat’s unique aesthetic.
Demonstrable success in recruitment of DevOps Engineers, Gaming Platform Engineers, Software Engineers in C++ and C#, Software Test Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Quality Engineers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and/or other positions needed within the Design & Development Team
- Demonstrable success in communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization
- Highly self-sufficient and skilled at managing to the internal customers’ needs with limited direct supervision in a high-speed, performance-focused organization
- Possessing highly developed analytical skills with the ability to plan, implement, measure, and scale the best balance between candidates, internal customers, and the process
This position is located in Las Vegas, NV with a Hybrid onsite work schedule
- Must be able to work onsite 2 to 3 days each week
- We are open to candidates willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Workday experience is HIGHLY preferred
- Prior experience in IT, engineering, large gaming, content distribution, media, and entertainment, or retail organizations is highly preferred
- For recruiters coming from agency organizations, key account management experience is highly preferred
