Talent Acquisition Associate (Engineering)

We are hiring for a Talent Sourcer to partner with the Talent Team to assist with the pipelining and sourcing of talent into Immutable. You will play a critical role in ensuring we are finding the best possible talent for each of our job openings whilst opportunistically identifying high-quality candidates for future roles.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Talent Acquisition Specialist or Technical Recruiter to learn the ins and outs of the end-to-end internal recruitment process. You will gain invaluable experience in recruitment and attraction strategies and become a specialist in the field you are recruiting in. You will play a pivotal role in building out our software engineering teams.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Source, review and select candidates across for our engineering divisions
• Use innovative techniques source candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Github, Twitter, Forums, Facebook etc)
• Build market maps and collate relevant market information
• Work together with the talent team to build our candidate pipelines and projects
• Screen resumes and respond to candidates accordingly
• Manage our candidate pipelines on our ATS
• Recommend sourcing and talent attraction improvements and partner with the wider talent team to drive innovation
• Attend role briefings and make recommendations on go-to-market strategies
• Take a data-driven approach, and think strategically about where to find and attract the right talent

You’ll have:

• An interest or knowledge in the SaaS/Fintech market
• A desire to work in the HR/Talent space

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

• Experience using Lever (Applicant Tracking System)
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Experience working in a SaaS/Fintech company
• Experience using sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Twitter, Github or other platforms
• Experience recruiting or sourcing technical roles
