YOUR JOURNEY
Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a motivated, hardworking, curious and service-oriented recruiter to join us in our continuous commitment to deliver the best-in-class candidate experience and creating strong consultative relationships with our stakeholders to attract the top talents. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our internal recruitment processes & participating in our long-term recruitment strategy efforts. You will be part of a high performing Talent Acquisition team and reporting into a Talent Acquisition Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sourcing & Recruiting: you will conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, build and maintain active talent pipelines for the future and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Propose &/or innovate new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process
- Stakeholders’ Management: you will partner closely with your stakeholders to understand their needs, influence and educate them on process, interview best practices, and decision making
- Interview process & scheduling: you will plan and conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection process as well as assisting the team with some interviews scheduling requests
- Be Data driven: you are expected to accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly, as well as able to support on TA data and metrics reporting
- Recruitment Projects: you will support the needs to reach the timelines of each current projects, engagement initiatives and see through them
- Market Research: you will analyze the video gaming competition in Singapore, conduct talent mapping and gain insights into the growing Gaming & e-Sports ecosystem within the region
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- Exposed to full cycle experience in Talent Acquisition processes and Recruitment programs (especially on Candidate Experience and Recruiting Process) in an reputable and forward-thinking organization
- Good understanding of local hiring requirements and formalities
- Proven track records of successful identifying, qualifying and closing exceptional candidates in a niche and technical industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
- Exposure on Employer Branding &/or Campus Recruiting a strong plus
- Have a good knowledge about gaming industry trends is a strong plus
