The Role

We are seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to join the Finance team on a temporary basis to deliver the rollout of Planful - our chosen reporting and dashboarding tool for business KPIs and financial data. The project has started - our API with NetSuite is operational and initial financial data has been reconciled, but we now need to get this tool fully built and rolled out to the wider business.

You will be solely responsible for running the existing project on a day-to-day basis, including liaising with our external support consultants and executing all reporting requirements identified by the relevant internal teams. The role will be focused on building, testing and publishing reports in Planful to remove reliance on our current Excel-based suite and bring all reporting 'online'. This project will also lead the build of our business-critical budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes into Planful (from scratch!) and you will engage with the wider business on other opportunities to utilise the Planful platform to support general business development and growth.
