System and Operation Specialist (DevOps)

Job Description

Ubisoft’s system and operation specialist will participate in the development and operationalization of the next-generation of CI/CD pipeline and production tools. We're looking for people who bring fresh ideas from all areas of expertise. We need our team members to be versatile and enthusiastic, to tackle new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.

A system and operation specialist must adopt and embrace the DevOps philosophy to automate, operate and maintain the CI/CD and tools infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
• Develop tools and script to automate management and maintenance of infrastructure.
• Analyze and suggest architecture and infrastructure for different project type.
• Stay up to date with DevOps tendencies and technologies.
• Deploy and improve supervision tools (Zabbix, Graylog, ElasticSearch, Etc.).
• Participate in pair reviews.
• Diagnose and fix anomalies.
• Perform any related tasks.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD models and best practices.
• Comfortable with virtualization technologies such as Docker, VMs, etc.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Motivated to automate and improve processes.
• Familiarity with configuration management and/or orchestration tools is an asset.
• Experience with Teamcity is an asset.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google, Azure, Etc.) is an asset.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm is an asset.
• Good aptitude in C# is an asset.
