About the role:
Based in Kyiv, this position will report to the Sr Manager, IT based in California. As Systems/ IT Administrator, you will provide desktop and network support, along with onsite support in Kyiv and remote support as needed to staff in our European locations. In addition, you will utilize local subcontractors responsible for specific local office needs and external IT functions. You will:
- Keep up-to-date accounting server infrastructure (servers, backups, real-time replications, logs, hardware operations) and accounting software (2 apps + 3 add-ons, updates one per week or more often)
- Provide 24/7 support for the finance team
- Ability to manage and administer enterprise level SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, O365, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Zoom. Includes installation of plug-in, add-ons and complimentary software integration
- Support new platform migrations with 1C software (each year) in cooperation with external developers/support.
- Document and track all IT requests via Jira Service Desk, including projects and break/fix time tracking
- Support and control all certificates/licenses/digital signs renewal (15+ operations per year)
- Facilitate purchase approvals and deliver hardware by special requests with respect to company standards
- Support users in locations across Ukraine (Kyiv, Kharkiv,Dnepr, Odessa, etc.) with occasional Global remote support as needed (India, E.M.E.A, U.S.)
- Support personal configurations for artists/motion designers and any team members whose requirements may vary from the standard setup
- Support HR/Finance with all contractors operations from hiring to departure
- Work with the local management team to improve the quality of development, control, and analytics
- Provide full support for JIRA/Confluence projects related to the Ukraine office
- Enact changes in workflows/plugins/permissions/custom fields, custom-made analytics dashboards
- Control and maintain all office hardware (Cisco Meraki updates/security/management, Meraki VPN operations, HP switches maintenance and update, Synology storage management, WSUS server management, VMware Hypervisor maintenance and security check-up, Video control system check and maintenance, Security VM check and maintenance)
- Control and support all stock use equipment (meeting rooms, printers, etc.) and furniture (all chairs, desks, boards, air cleaners, etc., not assigned to any individual contractor)
- Undertake ownership, management and responsibility for all aspects of office security
About You:
You’ll be energetic, enthusiastic, well-organised and collaborative in your approach to working. You’ll have an in-depth knowledge of IT/Systems Admin and you’ll have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience working as a System Administrator, IT Administrator or similar
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 1C supporting experience
- Experience in installing and supporting various operating systems
- Experience installing and maintaining server software
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of network protocols, principles of building computer networks
- Experience with remote users
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- A positive attitude and a service-oriented approach to working
