System Designer - Economy

Peoplefun is looking for an experienced economic designer to help shape, design, and drive the F2P systems and progression for our latest titles. Responsibilities

• Provide expert level knowledge and expertise for in F2P design and monetization
• Help identify monetization opportunities, strategies, and tactics for our games and players
• Can breakdown, analyze, and present data on core loops, mechanics, progression, and monetization features & approach of competitive games
• Support Product Management, Product Owner, and Designers in developing and shaping the roadmap and features
• Partner with the team to model, craft, and tune F2P, Progression, and Economic systems to support business goals, design goals, and value for players.
• Work with Product Management and Product Owner to analyze data and propose iterations, improvements, and optimizations.
• Partner with the team to continually monitor, tune, and optimize the game economy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or Game Design.
• 3+ years F2P Design Experience on Mobile, PC, or Console.
  • At least 1 year of Live Service experience is preferred.
• Expert with analytic and reporting tools (Tableau, Excel, SLQ, R, or other analysis tools)
• Statistical knowledge and experience to formulate ratios and indexes across multiple titles.
• Ability to model, interpret, and present strategies, findings, and recommendations for F2P features, progression, and design.
• Highly collaborative approach
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
