System Administrator (IT)

We’re looking for a new knight to join us! As our IT System Administrator you will be there to support the team developing games in the Hybrid work environment. We’re doing our best work knowing you have our back in IT systems and security working from both the studio in The Hague and from home. You’ll be working closely with our Dev-Ops, Office management, IT-Security advisor and Head of Technology. Being interconnected with all departments will give you an essential support role in our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage hardware assets and software licenses
  • Support team members with hardware and software technical advice
  • Troubleshoot issues locally and remotely
  • Onboard and offboard employees with hardware, accounts and services
  • Determine device requirements and champion the selection of standard hardware packages
  • Acquire, install, upgrade devices and software
  • Configuring IT systems and security tools, analyzing requirements and recommending improvements
  • Document and maintain IT policies and configurations
  • Support the automation of IT processes

ROLE-BASED SKILLS

What we are looking for:

  • A strong understanding of computer, network, and security systems
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MDM and endpoint management solutions

What could help:

  • Game industry experience
  • Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with SSO and IDPs
  • Experience with Jumpcloud
  • Programming skills in Bash or Python

Qualifications

  • Able to work remotely but also able to visit our studio in The Hague
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT infrastructures
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
