System Administrator (M/F/X)

We are looking for an ambitious and talented System Administrator role who would like to leave their mark on the mobile gaming industry. The right candidate is a creative and friendly problem solver who seeks to be a main point of contact for internal IT customers and solving issues around account creation, application use, hardware etc. in a mobile gaming company.

In order to set you up for success, we provide everything you need within our dynamic and employee-centric company structure. You will work closely with the Head of IT and Head of Operations, whilst showing full responsibility and ownership of your tickets and requests.

- Provide a great support experience to internal stakeholders

- Support our team with technical issues with various software and hardware issues

- Setting up and installing the workplace for new colleagues

- Managing and maintaining permissions and licences

- Building a process to bootstrap on/off boarding

- Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies

- Self-motivated and reliable

- Must be able to work independently on tasks (that could get tedious sometimes)

- Solution-oriented mindset

- Experience in using osx/windows/linux

- Shell scripting (Bash)
