SysAdmin Windows (W/M/NB)

Job Description

The position is located into our international HQ in Saint-Mandé, within Ubisoft IT, and more precisely into “Enterprise Infrastructure” department, which build and design infrastructures that support activities of every Ubisoft employee around the world.

More precisely, you will join “Identity & Collaboration” team, composed by about 15 people distributed between Paris, Montreal & Shanghai. Its role is the management of every Microsoft services (on-premise & cloud) for every Ubisoft employee, such as Active Direcroty, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft teams…

As Microsoft administrator, you will be in charge for every tools of your perimeter, of all the run mission, but also the realization of evolution and transformation project, such as automation, containerization…

Your responsibilities will be as following:

• Bring a technical expertise in administration, implementation and execution of Microsoft environment : Active Directory (on-premise & Azure AD), Office 365 (Teams, Exchange Onlive, Sharepoint Online…) Echange on-premise, Sharepoint on-premise.
• Be proactive in order to improve tools and process, especially with a lot of automation.
• Work hand by hand with architect to participate to the definition, the improvement and the implementation of standards, guidelines & technologies.
• Deploying of new technical solution
• Propose, define and plan maintenance activities that avoid major issues.
• Participate to daily operation (level 2 & 3)

Qualifications

Background:

• A 1st significative experience in Windows system administration
• Great aptitude to bring expertise together and guarantee a technical leadership

Skills :

• Knowledge in one or several following skills:
  • Windows server
  • Active directory & Azure AD
  • Office 365
• Knowledge of a scripting language (Powershell / Python…
• English & French (spoken & written)
• Knowledge of one tool to manage configuration (chef, ansible) and CI/CD principles is a plus
• Interest for containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
