Support Specialist (World of Warships)

The WOWS Core Team assist our players in solving different issues related to the game, such as in-game property, technical, and financial issues, as well as issues regarding rule violations and appeals.

What will you do?

Support the World of Warships project, communicate with the multilanguage audience on all matters related to the game.

What are we looking for?

• Vocational secondary education or higher education
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Good command of spoken and written Russian
• Confident PC user
• Willingness to work shifts: day shifts for 2 weeks (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.), night shifts for 2 weeks (8 p.m. – 8 a.m.)

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in user support
• Experience in playing World of Warships—having knowledge of the key mechanics and game events
• Intermediate or higher level of German or Polish
• Gaming experience in projects of different genres
• Knowledge of different payment systems (PayPal, WebMoney, Yandex.Money)
• Experience in technical support related to PC, as well as peripheral hardware and software operation
• Knowledge of network technologies and structures
