We’re searching for a new colleague to join our QA team. As a passionate gaming company, we value team members who are also enthusiastic gamers on any platform. We’re seeking someone who is friendly, reliable, and collaborative, who takes their work seriously and aims to grow as a professional in this field.
The ideal candidate should have experience in support and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience from a videogame industry is a must.
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in support (2 years+)
- Willingness to visit our office in Prague when needed
- Don´t be a C-player
Considered a plus:
- Knowledge of our games
- Experience in testing
- Experience with tools such as UseResponse, JIRA, etc.
Responsibilities
- Work on our new VRAGE3 game engine and/or new unannounced titles
- Collaborate with a smaller but experienced QA team with an innovative approach
- Manage our support channel
- Designing and implementing workflows
- Writing documentation
- Managing reports
- Reproducing issues in the game
- Creating tickets in our internal system to address these reports, etc.
