Support Engineer (QA)

We are looking for a strong individual who loves to help software developers solve day-to-day technology challenges and problems. Our team is up to the challenge of providing rapid, accurate, and great personal assistance and communications.

As a member of this small and exclusive worldwide group of Unity technical service experts, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our very highest-profile customer productions.

Someone who could grow together to seek technology improvement as well as establish a great human relationship with the team members as well as our key customers.

What you’ll be doing

• The main focus of the job will be QA-related technical support for the Unity engine for the key platforms.
• Work with the QA team to ensure high-quality delivery with unit and integration tests
• Creation of QA plan, preparation of QA reports, and other documents
• Ticket management, including Unity bug ticket creation and bug reporting as well as QA ticket management

What we’re looking for

• Console game development and Unity experiences
• Fluent both in Japanese and English
• Great communicator to solve problems efficiently with engineers and testers
• Think theoretically and accurately report or handle problems as they arise
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills and ability to perform simple and steady work

• Experiences in QA work
• Managing or leading experiences of small teams
