Interested candidates must be willing to relocate.The Supply Chain Accountant role is responsible for achieving Aristocrat’s objectives and strategies for the Supply Chain Organization by supporting the Controller Supply Chain & Assistant Controller with ensuring financial performance, operational and control standards are maintained.The role has an emphasis in the providing financial visibility in areas of Production order variances, inventory management, reconciling cycle count entries, and profit & loss statements for Supply Chain cost centers. The role also requires business partnering with leaders of Aristocrat’s Supply Chain, in particular Supply Chain Directors and Managers.The key objectives are to have an emphasis in providing financial visibility in areas of inventory management, reconciling cycle count entries, and profit & loss statements for Supply Chain cost centers. The role also requires business partnering with leaders of Aristocrat’s Supply Chain organization, in particular Supply Chain Directors and Managers.What you'll doInvestigate work orders, purchase orders and inventory variances to determine root causes & provide corrective actions & supporting report analysis.Provision of reports and management information that enable analysis, recommendations and review of actions for business opportunities, projects and gap closure. Prepare reports by transforming data for Inwards freight, duty, work order variances & cycle count variancesSupport Product CostingAssist auditors with information requests and address any process gaps.Concur invoice codingSupport Controller with budgets/LE’s for all P&L’s and balance sheet for Supply Chain functionsTemporary Labor spend report / hoursAssist Site team with requests and adhoc tasksWhat we're looking forBackground in Accounting : Bachelor, Diploma or Certificate3 or more years of work experienceMust have solid financial analysis skills and understanding of accounting (prefer qualified Accountant but not required)Supply Chain and general operations knowledgeExperience with MS Office and advanced excel Create Your Profile — Game companies can contact you with their relevant job openings.
