Supervising Producer

Blur Studio is seeking a charismatic Senior CG Production professional to oversee a large, unique, high-profile Animation TV series project as a Supervising Producer. The Supervising Producer’s main responsibility will be to help manage all aspects of the project so that the project delivers on time, on schedule and on budget, while exceeding client expectations. He or she must effectively motivate Production teams and facilitate efficient workflows through creativity, analysis, solid communication and a strong work ethic. This person will work closely with the Directors, Executive Producers, Production staff and all Creative Supervisors to help define and manage project scope, while laying out daily requirements and expectations for the creative teams working on the project. The Supervising Producer will also assist with the project’s overall goals including overseeing and facilitating relationships between the clients and development facilities, helping to analyze financial reports as they relate to production decisions, workflows, project goals, and methodologies.

Qualified applicants will have 10+ years of experience line producing along with extensive experience in negotiation, contract administration, entertainment business affairs, TV show budget creatiion, Movie Magic budgeting (EP budgeting) and Microsoft Excel. In addition, he or she must be an excellent negotiator and very influential communicator who has the desire and ability to mentor and grow Production teams.
