Marcom Activation Intern

Marcom Activation is responsible for developing global, coherent and consistent marketing plans that drive both player acquisition and engagement. This program is designed to show you how Marketing Activation comes to life in partnership with our Global Brand Management and Marcom cross-functional partners, having a direct impact on the marketing mix The Sims players experience worldwide.
In this role you will assist The Sims global marketing activation team with the development and execution of integrated omni-channel marketing plans. Further, at the completion of the internship you will develop and design a presentation that encapsulates your impact on the team and the business as a whole.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional and partner collaboration to ensure consistent and timely execution across all channels – both owned and partner – to deliver on campaign goals and strategies.
- Maintain the integrity of all marketing planning documents, such as Marketing Activation Calendar and Beat Readiness
- Drive strategy and execution of in-game engagement updates, leaning into channels and messaging that resonates with core audience (for example, patch updates, community notes)
- Support creative production, assisting with end to end production process from briefing and ideation to execution and delivery.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking: Collaborate with partner teams within and outside of Marcom to alleviate obstacles to timely, quality player-facing executions
