Design Production Intern

Production Intern – EA Redwood Shores

Job Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the EA Marcom Production Team, who drive and manage the creation of global marketing assets, key art and social content for Electronic Arts’ games. Working within the global Production team at EA Redwood Shores - The Production Intern will work within the Asset Production process and its daily responsibilities. The role will consist of daily asset tracking, detailed note taking through meetings and supporting Senior Producers with relevant daily tasks.

We are only considering students who will be enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in the summer of 2020, slated to graduate in fall of 2020 or spring of 2021.

Key Responsibilities

Production

• Work alongside the internal production team responsible for videos, stills and art across multiple global game franchises.

• As requested by Producers - schedule meetings, prepare documents, take notes and enter data into relevant production tracking tools.
• Attend Production meetings to gather and distill relevant production notes.
• Communicate Production info between different parts of the team, ensuring productions remain on track and are aligned.

• Provide support for Producers including some admin, scheduling, travel organisation and expenses.

Production Expertise

• Some knowledge in basic design terminology and processes.
• Some understanding of Paid Media, Social, Email, POS.
• Some knowledge of production tracking tools/documents.
• Maintain a solution-oriented mindset in solving production problems.
