Job Description

Under the supervision of the Subscription Service Manager, the Subscription Service Retention Strategist, Uplay+ leads the definition and implementation of the customer journey and retention strategies for the Ubisoft subscription service (www.uplayplus.com ). This person will act as a project manager developing customer-centric programs, flows and triggers and will collaborate closely with the different stakeholders including the e-commerce team, the IT and Uplay teams as well as all cross-functional teams (CRM, Media, web…). The strategist will ensure the loyalty mindset is pulled through across key internal and external contacts and ensure the ROI of all initiatives and programs.
