We are looking for a Studio Operations Coordinator who will embrace our culture and share their earned expertise. We're picturing someone who is passionate about providing high quality studio operations support, anticipating needs, and solving problems. You will....
- Report to the Studio Operations Lead while taking direction and balancing priorities from multiple stakeholders within the central studio team.
- Provide coordination for studio related initiatives and special projects including but not limited to; new hire onboarding, future of work, diversity and inclusion, learning and development programs and employee engagement activities.
- Manage the studio calendar, schedule meetings and events for various activities.
- Prepare and polish documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Assist in the planning of virtual events while under work from home guidance and onsite when we return to the office.
- Coordinate with studio admins and Workplace Experience Team to manage joint projects.
- Prepare studio wide announcements and presentations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
You'll have...
- A successful track record in an administrative/coordinator support function.
- Show initiative and anticipate and resolve problems before they escalate.
- Advanced software skills in Microsoft and Google Suite.
- Demonstrate creativity in event planning.
- Work well with change with an emphasis on customer service.
- Go beyond established framework; look for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges.
- Balances the "going-the-extra-mile" enthusiasm with levity.
- No problem asking questions.
- Knowledge in Zoom and all its features.
