As a new division of Take-Two Interactive Software, the label publishes Kerbal Space Program, has released Ancestors with Panache Digital Games and The Outer Worlds with Obsidian Entertainment, and will publish the upcoming title Disintegration with V1 Interactive along with other unannounced partnerships.
Private Division is headquartered in New York City with offices in Seattle, Munich, and Las Vegas. We are growing our capabilities to allow us to continue bringing great games to players and are looking for a new member of our team near Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a Studio Manager who will guarantee the development of high-quality video games in line with the Direction’s roadmap and the players’ expectations. You will define and implement a sustainable development strategy and ensure the team’s performance and studio profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- You will lead the projects in collaboration with partners and presenting a project plan defining all needs.
- You will develop and manage the business plans.
- You will define the most effective organization, managing both production and G&A teams.
- You will implement best practice methodologies, production processes and efficient tools to promote and foster a healthy culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BA Degree in related field.
- Strong production understanding.
- Strong co-development mindset, in addition.
- Your entrepreneurial skills are key to implementing a sustainable development strategy.
- Identified as a leader, you foster team motivation and build trusting relationships with your partners. Significant management experience is required.
- Gamer and consumer oriented, you have a deep knowledge of video games market.
