About the organisation

Green Panda Games is a vibrant and fast-growing mobile gaming company, part of the Ubisoft family! We specialize in publishing mobile games for the iOS and Android platforms. We primarily create and publish Idle games, but also games from diverse categories, ranging from casual (card game, puzzle) to hyper-casual (arcade, sport).

We are looking to further grow our publishing business at a rapid pace. We are comprised of young, motivated and passionate individuals who share the aim to become the best mobile gaming publisher in the industry. We need your help to achieve this!

Job Details-

This is a great opportunity for a high performing individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. The Studio Manager will be responsible for setting up from scratch a Green Panda Studio in India, managing everything from the initial office set-up, hiring and day to day operations after. The objective is to form a high-performing and successful mobile gaming studio with the support of a large company behind you. Hence, your responsibilities will include:

• Studio Opening:

Legal entity creation and everything else involved with setting up the office

• Studio Management:
  • Recruit and onboard a best-in-class mobile gaming team involving developers, designers and producers
  • Responsible for day-to-day line management of studio teams and general administration of the office
  • Promote and manage an agile form of development with fast release cycles and prototyping of new game concepts to test
  • Foster a creative environment and manage the production of mobile games from various genres (idle, puzzle, arcade etc.)
  • Coordinate efficiently with the HQ in Paris and report directly to the management team

• Start-up creation experience in the past is added advantage;
