Studio Live Operations Director

In your new role, you will:
- Work with each of our AAA development teams to understand their project objectives and define Live Operations strategy.
- Ensure pipelines, technology and team structure are positioned to inform current and future Live-Ops strategy.
- Work with each team to build an online operations & publishing plan.
- Define responsibilities and processes for planning and executing on the user journey.
- Forecast and set product strategy to drive results for the game service that optimise all key business metrics.
- Work closely with publishing partners and development teams to define the go-to-launch operational strategy.
- Act as a key point of contact for external publishing partners and 3rd party tools and services.
- Collaborate with the Production team to develop plans for operations of online services.
- Grow and lead the Live Operations team to meet the needs of the games and in alignment with key strategic plans.
What we need you to have:
- Proven track record in a Product Management, Live Operations, Live Production, or equivalent position in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a Senior leadership role.
- At least 2 launched titles in a Product or Operations Lead role.
- A keen knowledge and usage of worldwide trends in AAA, Mobile, and F2P gaming.
- A proven track record in delivering Live Operations in successful AAA games.
- Broad experience of AAA game development on PC & console.
- Tangible experience working with business modelling and scenario planning.
- Ability to identify key commercial opportunities and how best to structure Live Operations to maximise these.
