Position Summary
Crystal Dynamics is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and creative Office Administrator for our world-renowned Studio!In this role you will play a critical part in supporting our AAA game studio by tackling diverse challenges using your administrative generalist knowledge and experience. You will support initiatives across for multiple teams including the operations team, the development team, as well as both internal and external partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute general office duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones, receiving and delivering mail, copying, collating, running office errands, opening/closing of studio, etc.
- Perform general and preventative physical maintenance, event setup and teardown, rebuilding and relocation of office furniture (e.g. chairs, tables, cubicles, etc) as needed
- Manage kitchen and office supply inventory. Re-stock and re-order all supplies.
- Perform daily sweeps of kitchens, common areas, and conference rooms to maintain cleanliness of the studio.
- Use Microsoft Office products regularly to effectively support all operational and Executive requests
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all communications
- Interface with vendors when onsite, host visitors, speak at company events, and represent the company during various internal and external engagements
- Manage scheduling and travel planning, as well as assisting various internal & external VIPs for specific events
- Assist in planning and execution from small two-person meetings at our offices to larger off-site parties, including but not limited to: travel and scheduling for internal partners and external partners; scheduling logistics and managing details for internal and external parties such as product launches and holiday events
- Maintain supporting event documentation, calendars, and logistical data
- Collaborate with various departments to support initiatives in recruiting, new employee onboarding, and marketing/brand
- Develop and foster strong relationships and work cooperatively across all teams
- Other general clerical & administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to: ordering meals, managing 3 rd party vendor relationships and negotiating rates; data entry, double checking clerical and logistical detail for thoroughness and accuracy

Essential Requirements
- At least two years of professional administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (Calendar and email), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- High school diploma required.
- AA or BA degree preferred
- Games industry experience a huge plus!
- Passion for a rapidly changing, creative environment a must!
This position is full-time with a healthy benefit package, competitive rates and other company perks.
