About the Role

Twitch is looking for an experienced Program Manager to design and lead the execution of the Global Business Development Team's essential business processes to maximize efficiency. The Global Business Development team is focused on growing Twitch through partnerships with game publishers, developers, channel partners and more. As the team is growing fast and increasing its scope, we need to scale our programs and processes and focus on operational excellence inclusive of international teams.

The Program Manager will be responsible for assessing our current processes and building the right scalable Rhythm of Business to maximize the team's efficiency as well as leadership's visibility in order to make effective decisions. Example of projects will include coordinating business critical initiatives, designing processes for new verticals, developing efficient data driven reporting, and communication cadence across the globe.

You will be comfortable driving agreement and results across cross-functional teams quickly.

You Will:

• Design Processes that scale with business growth in volume and complexity and implement them across global teams
• Develop documentation and communications for processes rollout and ongoing support
• Uncover areas of opportunity to improve processes and operational performance and drive change management with Leadership team
• Develop appropriate Rhythm of Business, standard business review formats and communication cadences
• Manage and report out projects, pipelines, status and work with teams to remove project blockers
• Hold self and others accountable to meet due dates at high quality

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or other highly quantitative field;
• 5+ years of professional experience in Program Management or Operations Management
• Foster cooperation amongst business stakeholders and bring things to completion
• Experience gathering requirements, developing efficient processes, scorecards and reporting to surface meaningful measurements and actionable insights to leadership
• Proven experience in prioritizing and completing multiple programs
• Advanced skills in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and experience with other program management tools (e.g. smartsheets, Airtable)
• Ability to present your written materials to all levels within the company
