The opportunity
With the growing need of our products in this constantly evolving market, we are looking for a motivated professional with deep knowledge of Unity and how it is used in large projects to forefront our team.
The Strategic Partnerships, Business Development Manager will help identify and drive strategic partnerships passionate about technology and platform companies that mutually drive value. The role will work closely with other key internal & external partners to develop and execute strategies to build deep and lasting strategic partnerships. The Business Development Strategic Partnerships must be a forward-thinking leader with vision and possess the ability to establish strategic direction, develop & detail execute plans and encourage others to deliver desired results.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify new strategic partnership opportunities in support of Unity’s technology strategy and initiatives
- Establish and champion relationships with key partners at every level especially with Korean big companies (such as Samsung, Naver, and others) to develop long term partnerships
- Work with various internal Unity teams (including ads, social, asset store, e-commerce, analytics, cloud services, development, marketing, support, finance and legal) to gain support for key initiatives and deals
- Act as a strong internal advocate for our customers ensuring feedback is communicated between sales, project managers and product engineering
- Be a mover and shaker for Pre-Sales activities, conversations and build long term relationships with technical people and decision makers at the customers sites
What we’re looking for
- Talents or/and proven track record for the technical consultation on solutions, architecture, and applications in the various industrial fields
- Computer science or Computer engineering degree background is highly preferred
- Passion for technology and a high level of insights on workflow in each sector, such as design, execution and supervision of the ecosystem and senior contacts at key industry players
- Consistent track record of building and executing sophisticated strategic partnerships that build significant value for stakeholders
- Phenomenal collaboration and social skills, including significant interpersonal skills, a proactive demeanor, and an embedded drive for results
