About the Role
Reporting to the Partnerships Director you will work with top creators/agencies in the country, guiding regional content creator development and working on strategic programs tied to content growth. You will be the primary contact for assigned individual creators in Brazil, with the aim to bring out their untapped potential by making sure they make full use of the wide set of tools Twitch has to offer. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in the region, have account management experience, a customer service mentality and comfort with evolving timelines. You'll tap creators in your portfolio of Partners for business and promotional opportunities that require managing expectations across multiple teams. This role is best suited for someone who isn't flustered when they find themselves in situations where there isn't a playbook to draw from.
You Will:
- Acquire content and manage existing partners as well as their representatives
- Support and execute on Acquisition and Retention in relation to prioritized category initiatives
- Educate individual creators with maximizing their use of the service
- Support local strategic programs which provide value to broadcasters
- Surface strategic opportunities to relevant creators
- Communicate product and policy updates and moderation decisions to your assigned accounts
- Report essential performance metrics and goals in relation to assigned portfolio on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate internally to solve complex creator issues while advocating for strategic partners' needs
- Gather feedback on Twitch products and present it to team members
- Bridge the language barrier between Twitch and the local community
- Identify latest content opportunities and build growth strategies to make the most of their momentum
You Have:
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English
- 3+ years in partner/account management or influencer marketing experience
- Availability to travel up to 30 days a year
