What you’ll be doing

You will lead and manage retail operations at The Domain location. From P&L to overall customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for hiring and training your team, and executing the launch of your store location.

Responsibilities
-Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience: you will own the guest experience in your store. You will lead, develop, and train your team to deliver a high caliber guest experience day in and day out.
-Maximize store profitability: you will be in charge of your P&L and will continuously think of innovative ways to promote healthy revenue growth and sustainable expense controls. You will also be responsible for planning on executing on local marketing for your location, to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-Building and developing store staff: you will own the life-cycle of all your employees-- from hiring, interviewing, training, to employee development. You will build a world class team from the ground up.
-Supporting corporate projects: you’ll be asked from time to time to assistant senior leadership with ad-hoc projects and other administrative / operational duties that might arise in a fast growing startup company.

In the first year you will:

- Hire, train, and develop your staff from the ground up and get them operationally sound for grand opening

- Get involved in the set-up and grand opening launch of your Sandbox store

- Streamline your operational processes to ensure we are delivering a consistently awesome experience

- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to make a splash in your market area

Goal Oriented – you are able to set goals for yourself and hit those goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational and financial targets.
Tech Savvy – you will be utilizing and troubleshooting a lot of different computer systems and software. You should have the ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently.
Hustle & Work Ethic – you are a strong problem solver who has a track record of good judgement. You can learn independently and quickly on the job.
