STAGIAIRE RECHERCHE UTILISATEUR
POSTE(S) DISPONIBLE(S) : 1
RELÈVE DE : RESPONSABLE PLAYTEST & ÉTUDES
RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Participer à la définition des objectifs de chaque test utilisateur avec les équipes de développement et le Responsable Playtest & Études;
- Concevoir des protocoles de recherche adaptés aux objectifs, avec l’équipe de recherche;
- Participer au recrutement et à la gestion des participant·e·s avant et après chaque test;
- Participer à la mise en place du laboratoire avant et après chaque test;
- Mener les études de recherche, observer les participant·e·s et prendre des notes sur leur expérience et leurs réactions;
- À partir des observations, entretiens structurés et questionnaires des tests, rédiger les résultats de recherche de façon pertinente et actionnable afin d’aider les équipes de production à améliorer la qualité des jeux pour les consommateurs.
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS :
- Étudiant·e au Baccalauréat ou à la Maîtrise en Recherche Marketing, Psychologie, Sociologie ou autre domaine connexe;
- Expérience en recherche, techniques de recherche qualitative ou tests d’utilisabilité, un fort atout. Si aucune expérience, démontrer un réel engouement pour la Recherche;
- Bonnes connaissances de la Suite Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Bonnes compétences en rédaction de présentation;
- Capacité à identifier clairement les enjeux et hiérarchiser l’information par priorités;
- Compréhension des processus de développement d’un jeu, un atout.
- Bilinguisme français-anglais.

- Ouverture d’esprit, autonomie et débrouillardise;
- Esprit d’analyse/critique, surtout quand il s’agit de jeux vidéo;

USER RESEARCH INTERN
POSITION(S) AVAILABLE: 1
REPORTS TO: PLAYTEST & RESEARCH MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in defining the objectives of each user test with the development teams and the Playtest & Research Manager;
- Design research protocols adapted to the objectives, with the research team;
- Participate in the recruitment and management of participants before and after each test;
- Participate in setting up the laboratory before and after each test;
- Conduct research studies, observe participants and take notes on their experience and reactions;
- Based on observations, structured interviews and test questionnaires, write research results in a relevant and actionable way to help production teams improve the quality of the games for consumers.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree student in Marketing Research, Psychology, Sociology or other related field;
- Experience in research, qualitative research techniques or usability testing, a strong asset. If no experience, demonstrate a real enthusiasm for Research;
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Good presentation writing skills;
- Ability to clearly identify issues and prioritize information;
- Understanding of game development processes, an asset.
- French-English bilingualism.
