We’re seeking a Senior Tools and Workflow Engineer OR Principal Tools and Workflow Engineer to join our growing internal studio to help us craft the next big gaming and entertainment IP. Reporting directly to the Technology Director you will be an important member of our engineering team. You will be designing and crafting our build systems, localization tools, crash reporting, artists workflows, and other tools to enable our passionate team of creatives. Come and help us build an exciting new gaming franchise!
This role can be fully remote or hybrid in person.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement foundational tools such as our build system. localization tools, and crash reporting system.
- Work collaboratively with artists and designers to develop efficient pipelines and tools to ease live development.
- Write clean and efficient code and support others in doing so as well.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 or more years of experience crafting tools for game development teams.
- Experience managing and mentoring engineers
- Experience with C# and Unity 3D.
- Experience with live development game.
